Because each T-shirt is custom-made based on the pet photo you upload, we do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong size ordered

• Incorrect or low-quality photo uploaded

• Delays caused by the courier

✅ Refunds are only available for:

• Defective product received

• Wrong product/design sent

• Printing error from our side

• Damaged product on delivery (with proof)

Process for Refund Claims

To request a refund:

1. Email us at [furcraft0@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Attach clear photos of:

   • The defective/wrong product

   • Packaging

3. Our team will review and process your refund if eligible.

Refunds (when approved) are processed to the original payment method.
