Replacement Policy

Replacement Policy (Defective/Wrong Item)

 

We want you to love your cute t-shirt from Furcraft.store. Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer a replacement.

 

1. Eligibility for Replacement

 

A replacement will only be offered if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped (e.g., incorrect size or design from what you ordered).

We do not offer replacements for:

  • Items damaged due to normal wear and tear.

  • Items damaged by improper washing or care.

  • Replacement requests based purely on change of mind or minor color variations due to screen display differences.

 

2. Replacement Process

 

  1. Contact Us: To request a replacement, please email us at furcraft0@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide Proof: Your email must include:

    • Your Order Number.

    • Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

    • A brief explanation of the issue.

  3. Review: Once we review the evidence and approve the replacement, we will process and ship the correct item to you at no extra cost. We will also advise if the original item needs to be returned.

 

3. Exchanges (Sizing Issues)

 

If you ordered the wrong size, we may offer an exchange for the correct size. Please email us at furcraft0@gmail.com to inquire. You may be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
